SHOP PROCEDURES

For your piece of mind, and for the safety of all our customers and staff we have completed a risk assessment and have initiated the following.

​

Our staff have completed The National Association of Jewellers, Coronavirus awareness for Jewellery Retailers course.

Our shop has perspex counter screens and hand sanitizer available.

We have extra cleaning routines in place for the shop, all surfaces and all items touched and used.

All staff are temperature tested every morning on entry and follow hand washing guidelines.

We limit the amount of customers in the shop at one time and obviously expect all customers to wear face coverings (unless exempt).
